The Manor Farm is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. The wooden-floored terrace offers a lovely view of the entire valley and gives guests the opportunity to admire the scenery of the surrounding hills. This provides a welcoming family environment, where meals are served in a large tavern with a fireplace, or in summer in the garden in the shade of the gazebo. Typical local specialities are accompanied by wine, vegetables and olive oil of their own production.

Every lodging is independent with private bathroom. One of the double rooms is made up of a double bed and a foldaway bunkbed.
- The apartments each have four places, and are made up of one room with a double bed and a lounge with a double sofabed. They have an equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a panoramic terrace, a veranda with table and six chairs, and direct access to the garden or to the swimming pool.

How to get
On the Fondovalle Trigno (SS650), after 26 km coming from Isernia and after 28 km coming from Vasto, take the exit for Agnone. Following along the Fondovalle Verrino immediately after 9 km turn left and follow the signs for the Masseria Santa Lucia; you will find a gate with “Santa Lucia 23 A” written on it.
